Videos, powerpoint presentations and lesson plans are written for you to use before and after field trips and all during the year. The lesson plans have been developed by professional educators and are easily adapted to supplement art, social studies, history and other courses all year long. School curriculum has been prepared by specialists for all grades – kindergarten through high school -- to supplement and enhance the teachers’ lessons plans – at no cost to the schools. Students participate in year round activities based upon well- planned lessons on art appreciation, social emotional learning and diversity education. Workshops on diversity will be offered at no cost for teachers. Free bus transportation will take students and teachers to visit the venues in the parks. High school students and adults will be trained as docents to discuss and probe the messages behind each poster – and generate discussions among the visitors. Each art piece becomes a cata- lyst to create awareness and promote diversity. Working with school districts, these programs will positively impact the lives of thousands of area teachers and students.
