Peace theater in a war-torn country after 10 years of conflict in Syria: 90% of children need support to live peacefully. Life has a different meaning; everything related to normal life will also disappear. Walid Abu Rashid passes in front of buildings bombed in the war in the northwest of the country and holds a wooden board. A large plastic bag full of toys followed by dozens of children. A short respite from the war for the children of the jihadist city of Idlib. War-weary children sing to the sound of the megaphone as hand puppets of a lion and a mouse emerge from a square hole in the board. They shouted in unison, “How? It’s nice to live in peace.”
